When a menu has been loaded into the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench, you can negotiate prices before loading on the WIP. The level of negotiation is based on parameters and limits set up in the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench Administrator. The price can be negotiated for the whole menu or individual lines can be discounted.
To negotiate an individual menu item:
With a menu loaded on the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench form, either right-click the header of the menu you want to negotiate and click Amend, or double-click the menu header.
The Menu Details form is displayed.
To make changes to individual menu items, highlight the line and double-click it.
Note: Items that are part of fixed price menus cannot be amended.
The Labour Details form or Part Details form is displayed, depending on whether you chose a labour or part item.
