Menu Details

When a menu has been loaded into the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench, you can negotiate prices before loading on the WIP. The level of negotiation is based on parameters and limits set up in the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench Administrator. The price can be negotiated for the whole menu or individual lines can be discounted.

To negotiate a menu or line:

  1. With a menu loaded on the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench form, either right-click the header of the menu you want to negotiate and click Amend, or double-click the menu header.

The Menu Details form is displayed.

  2. Make any changes required to the individual menu items and click OK.

Note: Items that are part of fixed price menus cannot be amended.

You are returned to the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench form, with any price changes you have negotiated implemented.
