The Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench records sales and lost sales information, together with usage statistics.
Note: The reports show only menu jobs that were added to the WIP using the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench interface in Point-of-Sale.
To display sales and lost sales information and usage statistics:
Click the Reports icon on the Shortcuts sidebar on the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench Administrator form.
The Reports form is displayed.
When you have finished using the form click Close.
You are returned to the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench Administrator form.
This form is displayed when you click the Reports icon on the Shortcuts sidebar on the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench Administrator form. It enables you to view sales and lost sales information, together with usage statistics.
Filter options:
Report type: One of the following:
S (Sales): Reports on all menu sales. A job does not appear in the report until it has been invoiced.
L (Lost sales): Reports on all lost sales, based on the lost sale reason given in the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench interface in Point-of-Sale.
U (Usage): Reports on various Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench usages such as Menu Pricing, SMS text messages sent and e-mails sent.
Report dates: One of the following:
A: Displays records for all dates.
T: Displays records for today.
W: Displays records for the current working week.
L: Displays records for last week.
M: Displays records for this month.
P: Displays records for last month.
F: Displays records for this financial year.
C: Enables you to specify custom dates.
Category: One of the list of categories displayed when you click the drop-down button. The list is based on data provided by Vauxhall. If you want to display only Service jobs, select Service.
Operator: You can filter the report to display records for an individual Point-of-Sale operator selected from the drop-down list.
Departments: Select the departments that you want to include in the report.
Results:
Grid:
Category: Category of jobs.
Number of jobs: Number of jobs in the category.
Total: Total price of all the jobs in the category.
Tip: You can also display the results as a bar graph or pie chart by clicking the View as drop-down button.
Double-click a report line to get to the next level.Buttons:
Back: Returns to the previous level when you have double-clicked a report line to get to the next level.
Update: Re-runs the report taking account of any changes you have made in the filter options.
Close: Returns you to the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench Administrator form.
