Condition Codes Form

This form is displayed on selecting the Condition code field's Ellipsis button on the Ford Warranty Claim Information form's Repair details tab. It documents the condition of the failed part (if any).

Code: Identifies the condition of the failed part (if any)

Description: The condition of the failed part (if any). For example, broken, chipped, leaking, etc.

PUSH BUTTONS:

Accept code: Inserts the part condition represented by the selected grid line into Condition code on the Ford Warranty Claim Information form's Repair details tab

Note: The Accept code button is enabled only when a you have selected a line in the grid.
