This option allows you to stop, or start the daemon manually and to view a log file of daemon activities. You may need to use the Start/Stop daemon button if the daemon stops running, or in the event of a library re-start during the day.
Note: The daemon should always be running in normal business hours and a user should not stop the daemon. If it is not running, data will not be transferred to, or collected from, the Aftersales server.
The Autoline Exchange daemon runs as a background process on the Autoline system. The daemon should be running throughout the day.
For Priority 9 users, there is an option to run the daemon as a Foreground program.
