This program displays claim headers. It displays credit header details listed by element (labour, expenses, parts, non-franchise) including claimed amount, paid amount, and variance.
To display a claim header:
From the General Motors Warranty Claim Payments form, enter the number of the credit note/SBI you want to view or action, then press the TAB key.
Tip: You can select Tools > Search from the menu bar or click the Search toolbar button 
or click the ellipsis ![[...]](Ellipsis.gif){kind=small}
button to perform a search, using the Credit Search form. Select a credit note line in the Search results grid and click OK.
The General Motors Warranty Claim Payments form is populated with details of the selected credit note. You are in the Credit header values tab.
The header values of the credit note are displayed.

The Credit Header Values Tab is part of the General Motors Warranty Claim Payments form. It displays the total amounts of the SBI and the elements that make them up: Labour, Parts, and Net items.
Element: Types of payment. Identifies a component of a claim - for example: labour, expenses, parts, and non-franchise parts
Claimed: Amount claimed for the element line. Total amount you originally claimed.
Paid: Amount paid for the element line. Total amount being paid by General Motors.
Variance: Difference between amount Claimed and amount Paid
