Searching for a Recall Campaign

A facility is available that allows you to search for a campaign by chassis number or registration number.

To search for a recall campaign:

1. From the DAF TRUCKS OPERATIONS menu, select the Recall campaigns option.

   The Recall Campaigns menu is displayed.

2. Select the Campaigns option.

   The system prompts you to select the Point-of-Sale company.

3. Select the SO company.

   The Recall Campaign Maintenance form is displayed.

4. From the Campaign code field, click the Ellipsis button [...].

   The Campaign Search form is displayed.

5. If known, enter a chassis number or registration number and press ENTER.

   Tip: Alternatively, leave the fields blank to display all campaigns.

   Note: Alternatively, click the button to activate the search routine.

   The results of the search are displayed.

6. Select the campaign that you want to display and click the View button.

   Tip: Alternatively, double-left click an item to select it.

   The system displays the campaign details into the form.
