Recall Campaign Status Enquiry

A search facility is available that allows you to search for campaign work by campaign status and/or chassis or registration number.

To perform a status enquiry:

  1. From the DAF TRUCKS OPERATIONS menu, select the Recall Campaigns option.

    The Recall Campaigns menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Campaigns option.

    The system prompts you to select the Point-of-Sale company.

  3. Select the SO company.

    The Recall Campaign Maintenance form is displayed.

  4. From the Campaign code field, click the Ellipsis button [...].

    The Campaign Search form is displayed.

  5. If known, enter a chassis number or registration number and press ENTER.

    Tip: Alternatively, leave the fields blank to display all campaigns.

    Note: Alternatively, click the Status Enquiry button to activate the search routine.

    The Campaign Search form is displayed.

Campaign Search Form

The Campaign search form is displayed when you click the Status enquiry button on the Recall Campaign Maintenance form. This form allows you to search for campaign work by campaign status.

Filter

Within this section of the form, you must specify the criteria against which you want to carry out a search of campaign work.

Campaign: The manufacturer's campaign code.

Status: Allows you to determine the campaign statuses that you want to include in the search.

Chassis: Allows you to search for campaign work by a specific chassis number (VIN).

Registration number: Allows you to search for campaign work by a specific vehicle registration number.

(Find): Starts the search based on the specified search criteria.

For each record that matches the search criteria, the system displays a summary of the following details:

Campaign: The DAF Trucks campaign code.

Description: A description of the recall.

Chassis: The chassis number (VIN).

Reg number: The vehicle registration number.

Status: The status of the campaign. Complete or In Progress.

WIP No: The work-in-progress number generated in POS.

Completed: The date that the campaign work was completed.

Company: The Point-of-Sale company number.

PUSH BUTTONS

Cancel: Closes the Campaign status enquiry form and returns you to the Recall Campaign maintenance form.

Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
