This tab is part of the PGCS Claims form. Each task in a claim is divided into labour and parts. The labour tab contains information about the labour content of the selected claim.
Labour details:
M: The main labour operation is represented in Menu Pricing by M and an asterisk denotes each labour line attached to the main labour operation
Labour operation: A code assigned to the labour involved in repairing a particular fault
Description: Summarises the labour task
Time: How long the repair took
Rate: Rate at which labour is charged
Gross: Value of the line before tax
Disc %: Approved discount for the labour
Contrib: Approved contribution percentage
Nett: Value of the line after tax
V: Value added tax:
- S: Upper case S denotes standard taxation (VAT not included)
- s: Lower case s stands for tax included
Non-fran: A tick indicates that the labour is non-franchise
Type: Type of labour code
