PartNumber: Identifies the faulty part
Description: Form or function of the faulty part
Qty: Number of these parts required for the repair
Gross: Value of the line before tax
Disc %: Approved discount for the parts
Contrib: Approved contribution percentage
Nett: Value of the line after tax
V: Value added tax:
- S: Upper case S denotes standard taxation (VAT not included)
- s: Lower case s stands for tax included
Non-fran: A tick indicates that the labour is non-franchise
Type: Type of part code
Causal: A tick indicates that this part was the primary cause of the fault repaired under warranty
