This form is displayed when you select the Resend DSP files option from the VOLVO UK DSP Menu, then the Point-of-Sale company if applicable. It enables you to transmit files that failed to transmit if the Volvo server was out of action when the file was created by the automated system. This is a Priority 7 option.
GRID:
Type: File type to be transmitted, for example: C01, C02; a Stock Amendments File (D32), a Stock Movements File (D40)
Date: Date of file creation
Filename: Name of the file you want to transmit
PUSH BUTTON:
Send: Transmits the file
To re-send DSP files:
Select the file to transmit by left-clicking on the record.
The Send button is enabled.
Clicking Cancel abandons the transfer and returns you to the VOLVO UK DSP Menu.
Click Send to transmit the file.
The file is transmitted.
Note: If no company, source file or default file transfer is found, an error message is displayed and the transfer cancelled. Click OK.
