Deleting a Menu

A facility is available that allows you to delete menus from the Autoline system.

Note: This facility is only enabled for dealer menus, not Volvo GPSS menus.

To delete a menu:

1. From the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS menu, select the GPSS option.

   The Menu pricing maintenance menu is displayed.

2. Select the Menu pricing maintenance option.

   If there is more than one Point-of-Sale (SO) company, the system prompts you for the SO company.

3. Select the SO company.

   The Menu Pricing Maintenance form is displayed.

4. In the Menucode field, enter the code of the menu that you want to delete.

   Tip: Click the Ellipsis button [...] to search for a menu or click the button to display a list of dealer menus.

   The menu is defaulted into the form.

5. Click the button.

   The following message is displayed:

   Are you sure you want to permanently delete the current menu?

6. Click the Yes button.

   The menu is deleted.
