Printing Menus

A facility is available that allows you to print a menu, a range of menus, or all menus.

To print menus:

1. From the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS menu, select the GPSS option.

   The Menu pricing maintenance menu is displayed.

2. Select the Menu pricing maintenance option.

   If there is more than one Point-of-Sale (SO) company, the system prompts you for the SO company.

3. Select the SO company.

   The Menu Pricing Maintenance form is displayed.

4. Click the button.

   Tip: Alternatively, select the Print option from the File menu.

   The Print Menu form is displayed.

5. To print menus to the currently selected printer, do one of the following:

   Tip: To change printer, click the Change button.

   1. To print a single menu, select the Single radio button, and enter the Menucode and Model code.

      Tip: If the menu is open, the menu/model codes are automatically defaulted into the fields.

   2. To print a range of menus, select the Range radio button. In the Start menu and Model fields, enter the first menu/model codes in the range. In the End menu and Model fields, enter the last menu/model codes in the range.

   3. To print all menus, select the All radio button.

6. Click the Print button.

Print Menu Form

The Print Menu Form is displayed when you click the button on the Menu Pricing Maintenance form or select the Print option from the File menu. Within this form you can print a menu, a range of menus, or all menus.

Printer:

Within this field, select the printer that you want to use. This field defaults to Local printer.

Tip: To change printer, click the Change button.

Menu range:

Within this group box, select one of the following radio buttons and complete the associated field(s), where applicable:

• Single: Select this option to print one menu.

  Menucode: Enter the code of the menu that you want to print.

  Note: If a menu is open, the menu code is automatically defaulted into this field.

• Range: Select this option to print a range of menus.

  Start menu: Enter the first menu code in the range.

  Model: Enter the first model in the range.

  End menu: Enter the last menu code in the range.

  Model: Enter the last model in the range.

  Tip: Click the button to search for a menu/model.

• All: Select this option to print all menus.

PUSH BUTTONS:

Print: Prints the menu(s) to the currently selected printer.

Cancel: Cancels the operation.

Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
