When a menu is identified, the system checks the parts to see if any alternative fluid codes exist. If they do, the issue quantity recommended by Volvo is displayed in the Fluid Selection form, together with a list of the alternative part numbers. You can use the form to select a fluid, or combination of fluids, to indicate how you want to issue the fluid.
Note: When a menu is selected in Point-of-Sale, an E-Mail is automatically sent to the user identified on the Miscellaneous tab of the parameters (EMail address) if there are any unmapped fluids.
This form is displayed after the menu is identified, if any alternative fluid codes exist against the menu. It enables you to see the issue quantity recommended by Volvo, and select a fluid, or combination of fluids, to indicate how you want to issue the fluid.
