Add/modify Price List

This option displays details of the Price list. You may create, amend or delete items from the price list using this option, however it would be more usual to do this via the import price list options described later in this help file. Great care should be exercised if using this option to create, amend, or delete records from the price list.

To access the Add/modify price list form:

From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Purchase Control Module and the Company you require.
The PURCHASE CONTROL Menu is displayed.
From the PURCHASE CONTROL Menu select the PC MULTI-SOURCE Menu option.
The PC MULTI-SOURCE Menu is displayed.
From the PC MULTI-SOURCE Menu select the Add/modify price list option.
The Add/modify price list form is displayed.

Add/Modify Price List Form

The Add/modify price list form is displayed when you select the Add/modify price list option from the PC MULTI-SOURCE Menu.

The following fields may be viewed in either Grid or Column format

Part number: Displays the part number.

Supplier: Displays the supplier number.

Alias: Displays the part number by which the part is known by the supplier.

Discount code: Displays the suppliers discount code.

List price: Displays the list price for the part.
