To print circulation lists:
From the Autoline Master menu select the Purchase Ledger option and the Company you require.
The PURCHASE LEDGER menu is displayed.
Select the Invoice Register option.
The PL INVOICE REGISTER menu is displayed.
Select the Print circulation lists option.
The Invoice Register Circulation Lists form is displayed.
The circulation lists are used to illustrate which users have had invoices circulated to them.
On entering the option and choosing Print circulation lists, you are asked to enter an account code. If the account code is not known at this point, you can search for it by clicking the standard button search facility.
There are two options here:
Search by the allocated short name
Second using word search
The Account Name and Address are displayed in the account details section. To confirm that the correct account has been chosen.
Document details:
You are then asked to enter a document number. A search is available on this field by clicking the button. This lists all documents attributed to the account selected and makes them available. Select the desired document and click the OK button. The document details are displayed to confirm that the correct document has been chosen.
BUTTONS:
Print: Prints the circulation list.
Re-print or Close: After printing, you can click either of the buttons.
Exit: Returns you to the Invoice Register menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
