The MAGNETIC MEDIA END OF YEAR MENU is displayed when you select the Magnetic media options option in the PR YEAR-END REPORTS MENU. The Magnetic media options option will only be shown on the PR YEAR-END REPORTS MENU if the End of Year TAB payroll type parameter called Magnetic media EOY returns used is ticked.
Warning: Magnetic media filing options are no longer supported within the payroll package having been replaced by internet filing.
Maintain P14 records: This option allows you to view and amend historic year end data from previous magnetic media submissions.
Remove P14 records & files: This option allows you to remove historic year end data used on previous magnetic media submissions.
