The Change control options option will only appear on the Payroll Miscellaneous options menu if the Payroll type parameter on the General - 2 TAB called Change control log file used is ticked.
The Change control options menu contains options used to set up the change control or audit facility within the payroll module and for the deletion of the audit data. A latest salary changes report is also present on the menu.
The CHANGE CONTROL menu is displayed when you select the Change control options option from the PAYROLL Miscellaneous options menu.
Reason codes: Set up of reason codes.
Change log setup: Set up of the audit log.
Delete change control records: Deletion of the audit records.
Latest annual salary changes: A report of the latest salary changes.
