The Latest annual salary changes option is a part of the change control log, the Change control options will only appear on the PR MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu if the Change control log file used payroll type parameter is ticked on set up by an Autoline consultant and you are a priority 6+ user.
The Latest annual salary changes report provides a printed output for the Human Resources/Payroll departments or departmental managers showing the latest salary change details of selective employees within the current payroll type subject to your employee records module location security.
To print a Latest annual salary changes report
The Payroll Password form is displayed.
Enter your payroll password.
The PAYROLL menu is displayed.
Select the Miscellaneous options option.
The PR MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu is displayed.
Select the Change control options option.
The CHANGE CONTROL menu is displayed.
Select the Latest annual salary changes option.
The Latest Annual salary changes (PR) form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
A report status is displayed and the report is output on the current selected printer.
Click Close to return to the CHANGE CONTROL menu.
Latest Annual salary changes (PR) Form
The Latest Annual salary changes (PR) form is displayed when you select the Latest annual salary changes option from the CHANGE CONTROL menu.
Prompts
First date of change - for all: Enter the first effective date or leave as --/--/---- to print the latest change control record up to the last date of change entered.
Last date of change - for all: Enter the last effective date or leave as --/--/---- to print the latest change control record from the first effective date entered.
First dept (0 for all): Enter the first department number or leave as 0 to print all departments up to the last department number entered.
Last dept (0 for all): Enter the last department number or leave as 0 to print all departments from the first department number entered.
First employee (0 for all): Enter the first employee number or leave as 0 to print all employees up to the last employee number entered.
Last employee (0 for all): Enter the last employee number or leave as 0 to print all employees from the first employee number entered.
Click OK followed by Close once the report status is shown.

Payroll records are included when the following conditions are met:-
The cost centre is after the first selected cost centre unless the first cost centre is 0.
The cost centre is before the last selected cost centre unless the last cost centre is 0.
The employee number is after the first selected employee number unless the first employee number is 0.
The employee number is before the last selected employee number unless the last employee number is 0.
The payroll record Static 1 TAB left field is set to N.
The payroll record Static 1 TAB suspended field is not ticked.
The effective date is after the first selected effective date unless the first effective date is --/--/----.
The effective date is before the last selected effective date unless the last effective date is --/--/----.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Prints the report to the currently selected printer.
Cancel: Returns you to the CHANGE CONTROL menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations Scheduler.
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group.
