Register Report

The Register report lists claims in the warranty claim file. You are able to limit the selection to a range of claim creation dates.

The report includes the following details:

• Repair order date
• Job code
• Repair date
• WIP number
• Vehicle registration number
• Model
• Chassis number

You have the option to print the report immediately, to schedule the print as part of timed operations or to batch the report for printing.

To produce a register report:

1. From the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS menu, select the Warranty option.

   The VOLVO UK WARRANTY menu is displayed.

2. Select the Register report option.

   The Volvo Warranty Job form is displayed.

3. Complete the Date from/to fields and click the OK button.

   The system displays a dialog box indicating the report status and sends the report to the local printer.

4. Click the Close button.

   You are returned to the VOLVO UK WARRANTY menu.
