The VOLVO UK WARRANTY MENU is displayed when you select the Warranty option from the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS menu. From this menu, you can create and maintain claims and supporting records, and submit claims from the Autoline system.
Warranty claims: Allows you to create, amend, display, delete, submit and purge warranty claims.
Symptoms: Allows you to create and maintain warranty symptom codes.
Causes: Allows you to create and maintain warranty cause codes.
Register report: Allows you to list claims in the warranty file by a range of claim creation dates.
