The Display holiday booked league report (PN) form is displayed when you select the Display holiday booked league report option from the HUMAN RESOURCES REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES MENU.
This report displays a league table based on a ratio of total holiday booked within the current holiday year / holiday entitlement.
Check date within current holiday year: Enter a date to be used to check taken and future booked holiday, this may well be near to the present date or within a month of the present date. Dates beyond the entered check date will be treated as future dated holidays instead otherwise they are treated as taken holidays.
The report will detail the employee number, company number, location code, job description, forename, surname, the number of holidays taken up to and including the check date, the ratio of holiday taken as a part of holiday entitlement / days in the holiday year to the check date as a part of total days in the holiday year, the number of holidays booked beyond the check date, the ratio of future booked holiday as a part of holiday entitlement / days in the holiday year remaining after the check date as a part of total days in the holiday year, the total holiday booked in the holiday year and the ratio of the total holiday booked in the year / holiday entitlement. A ratio of 1 means the employee is on track for taking their holiday, 0.5 means only 50% of the expected level has been taken, 2 means double the expected level has been taken. Checking the league several times a year assists in preventing problems with untaken holiday at the holiday year end.

Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group.
