Interview report

This program allows for a list of applicant details to be printed off for the interview stage of a specific vacancy, this may be used by an interviewer as a summary of applicants with space to write key recommendations. The Interview report will not be shown on the Reports and enquiries menu if the recruitment processing system is switched off in the human resources system parameters.

To access the Interview report option

  1. From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Human Resources option and Company you require.

    The Human Resources Password form is displayed.

  2. Enter your human resource password.

    The HUMAN RESOURCES menu is displayed.

  3. Select Reports and enquiries option.

    The REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.

  4. Select Interview report option.

    The Interview report form is displayed.

The Interview report form is displayed when you select the Interview report option from the REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.

You must first enter a vacancy number.

Tip: Click the Ellipsis button [...] to search for a vacancy.

The search for a vacancy may be based on:-

Select the search method, enter any required search filter and click the Search button.

The report produced will show a header with the following fields:-
