This program allows for a validation check to be performed on the look up fields on the human resource records and the optional applicant and vacancy records.
To access the Validation report option
The Human Resources Password form is displayed.
Enter your human resource password.
The HUMAN RESOURCES menu is displayed.
Select Reports and enquiries option.
The REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select Validation report option.
The Validation report form is displayed.
The Validation report form is displayed when you select the Validation report option from the REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.
The report may be run on a choice of data files:-
Human resource records
Vacancies (if the recruitment system is used)
Applicants (if the recruitment system is used)
The report may be run in one of three modes:-
Mandatory only
Advisory only
Both
Leavers, employees with a leaving date set on the employee record are by default ignored but may be included if required by clicking the Include leavers check box.
