Holiday Report

This report runs through the Workshop Loading calendar file. The report only includes workshop resource type T, and calculates the total shift hours available between specified dates, and any days holidays already authorised.

By default the report is displayed, and is sorted by year and then by shift/resource code. When the report is run, you are also given the option to print the report or output the report to an HTML directory.

The following details are summarised on the report:

Shift hours
Closed hours
Authorised absence
Training booked
No collection

Note: It may be necessary to customise this report, which is intended for chargeable customer requests to match user-defined adjusted availability reasons.

To produce a holiday report:

From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Workshop loading option and Company you require.
The WORKSHOP LOADING menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & enquiries option.

The WL REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the Holiday Report option.

The Holiday Report form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.

The report is compiled and output in the selected format.

Holiday Report Form

This form is displayed when you select the Holiday Report option from the WL REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu. From this form you can produce a holiday report.

Output type: Allows you to specify the format in which the report is produced. Select one of the following options from the drop-down menu:

Print: Prints the report to the currently selected printer.

HTML: Outputs the report to file in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) format.

Display: Displays the report. This is the default.

Year: The year to include. The default is the current year.

Analysis codes to include: The analysis slots to include in the report.

Start Slot: The start date.

End Slot: The end date.

Tip: Click the Ellipsis button to display an electronic calendar.

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Outputs the report in the selected format.

Cancel: Returns you to the WL REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.

Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.

Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
