Note: This option uses program SC/RECHK.
The Rechecks report option displays details of any rechecks in the stock check that meet the criteria you have set, including those on rough sheets.
Warning: You cannot run this report if the Merge rough sheets option has not been run.
To produce a rechecks report:
From the Master Menu, select the Stock checking option and the Company you require.
You are prompted for the stock location.
Select the Stock Location.
The STOCK CHECKING menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & enquiries option.
The SC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the Rechecks report option.
The Rechecks report form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
This form is displayed when you select the Rechecks report option from the SC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.
Bin location range:
Starting: Starting bin location for inclusion in the rechecks report
Ending: Final bin location for inclusion in the rechecks report
Tip: Leave both these fields blank to include all bin locations in the rechecks report.
Enter variance value: Variance value for print inclusion
Tip: Leave this field blank to include all variance values in the rechecks report.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Gives details of any rechecks (including on the rough sheets) in the stock check that meet the criteria you have set
Cancel: Returns you to the SC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu
Help: Displays help on the current program in your default browser
