Note: This option uses program SC/RSPRT and Format SC/fsK26.
This report lists variances within the entered value for a range of, or all bin locations.
To produce a variance report:
From the Master Menu, select the Stock checking option and the Company you require.
You are prompted for the stock location.
Select the Stock Location.
The STOCK CHECKING menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & enquiries option.
The SC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the Variance rep (inc rough sheet option.
The Variance report form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
A report status is displayed, and the report is printed to the currently selected printer.
Click Close.
You are returned to the SC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.
This form is displayed when you select the Variance rep (inc rough sheet) option from the SC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.
Bin location range:
Starting: Starting bin location for inclusion in the variance report
Ending: Final bin location for inclusion in the variance report
Tip: Leave both these fields blank to include all bin locations in the variance report.
Enter variance value: Variance value for print inclusion
Tip: Leave this field blank to include all variance values in the variance report.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Outputs the report to the currently selected printer
Cancel: Returns you to the SC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.
Help: Displays help on the current program in your default browser.
