Superseded Parts Report

This report should be run after merging rough sheets. It provides details of parts within the stock count that have supersession information, as follows:

Note: This report uses overlay SC/ovPD. This must be resident in the program library to enable execution of this report.

K8C functions exactly as K34.

To produce a superseded parts report:

Note: Ensure that a suitable printer is selected and is on-line.

  1. From the Master Menu, select the Stock checking option and the Company you require.

    You are prompted for the stock location.

  2. Select the Stock Location.

    The STOCK CHECKING menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Reports & enquiries option.

    The SC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.

  4. Select the Superseded parts report option.

    The Superseded Parts form is displayed.

  5. Complete the form and click OK.

    A report status is displayed (if the report is printed), and the report is output in the selected format.

  6. Click the Close button.

    You are returned to the SC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.

Superseded Parts (SC) Form

This form is displayed when you select the Superseded parts report option from the SC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.

Output type: Select an output type for the report from one of the following:

Note: The default setting for Output type is Print.

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Outputs the report in the selected format

Cancel: Returns you to the SC REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu

Help: Displays help on the current program in your default browser

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler (not enabled when the output type is set to Display)

Add to Batch: Enables you to add this report to a report group for running at a later point (not enabled when the output type is set to Display)
