Rough Sheet Reports (Not Report Generator)

Note: This option uses program SC/RSPRT.

This option allows three separate reports to be printed, namely duplicate part numbers, parts on price file and parts not on price file.

These reports may be run after the stock check for entries which have been made into the rough sheet file, that is to say parts which have been counted in addition to the main count which did not appear on the main stock check files (see the Finding Items Not Counted report). These are essentially parts where there is no record of a part within the main stock management system.

These three reports show whether the part has been counted more than once, whether the part exists on the current master price file or alternatively to list those parts which do not exist on the current master price file.

Note: This group of reports is not designed to run as part of a batch or within the scheduler.
