The facility to rebuild parts in the bin locations file (SM.binlo) is only available if you are required to carry out bin location maintenance by your manufacturer. This is a housekeeping routine that tidies up the bin locations file and ensures that all the records in the file have a bin location written from the stock file. This option is normally run by a Timed Operation. However, in the event of a problem with Timed Operations, you may be required to run the option manually.
To rebuild bin parts in the SM.binlo file:
The STOCK MANAGEMENT menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option and click OK.
The SM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select the Rebuild bin parts option.
The Rebuild Bin Parts form is displayed.
Click the Rebuild button.
A progress of the build is displayed, together with the following message:

On completion, you are returned to the SM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
The Rebuild Bin Parts form is displayed when you select the Rebuild bin parts option from the SM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu. From this form you can build parts on the bin locations file (SM.binlo) from the stock file.
PUSH BUTTONS:
Exit: Returns you to the SM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE MENU.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
Rebuild: Rebuilds the SM.binlo file from the stock file.
