The Rebuild assembly flags option is run during the overnight process, re-aligning the two fields, Part of kit(s) and Kit or assembly, on the Description tab of the stock record. This is a stand alone option. In the event of a problem with the overnight process, you may be required to run this option manually.
To rebuild assembly flags:
Warning: Ensure that no one else is using the Stock management module before running this program.
The STOCK MANAGEMENT menu is displayed.
Select the Assemblies and kits option and click OK.
The SM ASSEMBLIES AND KITS menu is displayed.
The Rebuild Assembly Flags form is displayed.
The Rebuild assembly flags form is displayed when you select the Rebuild assembly flags option from the SM ASSEMBLIES AND KITS menu. From this form you can rebuild assembly flags in the event of a problem with the overnight process.
PUSH BUTTONS:
Rebuild: This option is normally run within the overnight process. The rebuild aligns the two fields, Part of kit(s) and Kit or assembly, on the Description tab of the stock record. This is a stand alone option.
Exit: Returns you to the SM ASSEMBLIES AND KITS menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
