This form is displayed when you select the Print courtesy car agreements option from the Tools menu in Point-of-Sale. This option will display a list of all the courtesy cars due out the next day and allows you to prior print the Courtesy car agreements for collection and deliveries. Once the agreement has been printed the courtesy car booking will be started.
Tip: If there are no courtesy car bookings for the day then a message will be displayed. Click OK to continue to the Print courtesy car agreements form to change the Start date.
Start date: Always defaults to the next day to display the next day courtesy car bookings.
Note: Courtesy car bookings cannot be started if they are booked in advance of the next day. You will need to re-schedule the booking, a message will be displayed when trying to print the agreements.
Select: This column is always editable and selecting a booking will display a tick against it and then the Fuel and Mileage fields are available to edit.
Wip number: WIP number for the courtesy car booking
Registration number: Registration number of the courtesy car
Customer name: Customer name on the WIP
Fuel: Displays a drop-down menu allowing Empty, Low, Half, High and Full. These values will update the courtesy car booking when the courtesy car agreement has been printed.
Mileage: The mileage column will automatically default in the last mileage from the previous loan car agreement. If there is no previous mileage then the default will be zero and it can be updated if needed. A message is displayed to confirm any changes made and update the courtesy car booking.
When the Fuel and Mileage fields have been completed the Print button will be enabled. Click print to print all the selected agreements and update the courtesy car bookings and Start them when confirming the Print loan agreements (Start)? message.
Note: If any of the selected agreements have not had the fuel and mileage details completed, the printing will not begin and a message will be displayed indicating which courtesy car agreements need updating.
Tip: There is no check to see if the Driver Details have been completed, so no warnings will be given. Damage is not updated from here and needs to be done prior to printing the agreements.
After the agreement has been printed and the vehicle is about to be checked in the Check In/Out form will display Courtesy car agreement already printed. The Courtesy car booking (Start) form will not be displayed because the booking has already been started and it will use the start time and date of the printed agreement.

Cancel: Closes the Print courtesy car agreements form and takes you back to the WIP in Point-of-Sale
