The Vehicle Damage Assessment form allows damage conditions to be recorded against vehicles created in the Loan vehicle Diary.. It can be added or removed on the selected vehicle.
Note: The system will have standard damage area and conditions supplied. New options can be added, edited and deleted from the template. The default template can be accessed from Miscellaneous options, Loan vehicle options, Damage Conditions and Areas. The information is then recorded within CRM and Point of Sale by clicking on the no damage area of the vehicle record in the loan vehicle diary. Within the Point of Sale module the information can be recorded on the start of a loan and the return allowing costs to be charged to the customer.
Vehicle Details
Description: Displays the selected vehicle description.
Registration no: Displays the selected vehicles Registration number.
Adding damage against a vehicle.
To add a damage option to the selected vehicle. Click into an area on the vehicle and a list of options available to selected will display, e.g. Click on the rear right tyre. Click on the option required and the damaged marker 
will display on the front right hand tyre. The selected option will display under the Damage area and condition grid, e.g. Rear right tyre, Punctured.
Removing damage against a vehicle.
To remove a damage option to the selected vehicle. Click on the damaged marker this will display the options selected with a tick. Click on the option to remove the tick and this will no longer display under the Damage area and condition grid. You can also click on the option under the Damage area and condition grid to remove the tick.
