The Accessory Selection - Manually Entered Accessories form is available when selecting the Accessories and options option from the Specification Confirmation form. This will allow the user to add an option to the vehicle that is not currently held in the Franchise data.
There is a little set up needed here, in Showroom System parameters there is an section in the Accessories tab called Manually entered, there should be a valid Franchise Data Option code entered within the new and or used section and this option code must exist and be made available in the Build specification to enable the manually entered option to work in Showroom
Displayed here are the list of accessories that you would like, but are not the other accessory lists shown.
F/D: Used Vehicles can only have a D dealer fitted accessory or F for factory fitted options.
Description: The description of accessory.
Value: The selling price of the accessory.
VAT: The VAT code of the accessory
Tip: Double click on an accessory in the list in order to amend it.
Buttons:
Add line: Enter Vehicle Specification Line Details of a new manually created accessory in a Manual Accessories - Detail form.
Remove line: Remove a pre-selected Manually created accessory form the list.
Menu Options and Ions:
Menu Icon Description File > Close Returns you the previous screen. View > Next Click next to go back to the Specification Confirmation this will add the list of manually entered accessories to the specification. Edit > Customer details Displays the customer detail .It is possible to change curtain information here. Edit > Finance Company Allow the Finance schemes options to be selected or viewed. Help > Help Displays this help page. Alternatively, press F1. Profit Icon Will display the current Profit on the deal so far.
