This form is displayed when you select a line on the Progress of Tasks form and the Jobs form by clicking Clockings.
There are two tabs to complete:
Fields
Line: Line number for the task
Description: First line of text from the RTS code for the task
Allowed: Allowed time from the WIP
Taken: Total of the taken time recorded by all the technicians who have worked on this task
Technician: Technicians who have worked on this task
Allowed: Apportioned allowed time for the task per technician. If this task has been worked on by multiple technicians the allowed time is highlighted in Green. By clicking on the Green allowed time you can run the Apportion Allowed Wizard.
Taken: Actual taken time recorded for this task per technician
Total Allowed: Total Clocked allowed time for the WIP
Total Taken: Total Clocked taken time for the WIP
The grid can be sorted by Line or Technician. Click on the appropriate Title row on the grid to activate the required sort. If you sort by technician a bold line is displayed between each clocking event, to show each visit to the clocking function.
Fields
Line: Line number for the task
Technician: Name of the technician who worked on the task
Clocked on: Time when the technician started working on this task
Clocked off: Time when the technician stopped working on this task
Reason: Reason code allocated on the End technician activity form when clocking off the task
PUSH BUTTONS:
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser
Close: Returns you to the Progress of Tasks form
Playback: (Priority 9 only) Updates the labour and logla files in the case of a WIP being in use when a technician clocks on or off. This is carried out automatically when Loading and saving a WIP. When you attempt to use playback if any lines need updating on the WIP you will see them highlighted in blue to indicate that when a clock on or off was made the WIP was in use at that time.

Blue
WIP in use: Lines will be highlighted if the WIP was in use when clockings were made, save the WIP to update the clockings.
Green
After invoice: Lines will be highlighted when clockings have been adjusted or batched after the WIP was invoiced. The WIP will not be updated with the new clockings.
Grey
Error: Lines are highlighted when clocking errors have been made when using the touch screen in Offline mode.
Tip: The Errors are also recorded in the Clocking device errors report, which needs to be checked regularly.
