The Vehicle Health Check in Point-of-Sale (referred to as VHC within Autoline), enables you to record the visual vehicle checks made by users (usually from the Service department), into the Autoline system. The information held in the Vehicle Health check files interacts with other parts of the Autoline system. This is especially relevant to customer follow ups and Upselling while the vehicle is at a dealer's site, or during Customer Contact Management.
Note: Vehicle health check is accessed from within a Point-of -Sale Wip that has vehicle details attached (if no Wip is present for the vehicle there is an option to create this from the VHC procedure).

Selecting the Print VHC option activates the printing of a pre-determined /designed Vehicle Health Check form that facilitates the manual recording of vehicle checks and notes, this information will be subsequently entered into the Autoline system.
