Default record not found

A default record has not been created or has been removed. Contact Software Support.

Error locking warranty parameters

If you are trying to create a batch and another user has accessed the Autoline Ford warranty parameters at the same time, this message is displayed. The other user needs to exit the parameters before you can create a batch. If the warranty parameters have not been accessed by another user but this message is still displayed, contact Software Support.

Error reading visit record

If you get this error message while displaying or amending a claim record, contact Software Support.

Error updating expense record

If there is a problem with the Expenses on a claim, this message is displayed when you click the Save button. A further reason is given for the error. Contact Software Support advising them of the reason.

Error updating labour record

If there is a problem with the Labour on a claim, this message is displayed when you click the BSave button. A further reason is given for the error. Contact Software Support advising them of the reason.

Error updating parts record

If there is a problem with the Parts on a claim, this message is displayed when you click the Save button. A further reason is given for the error. Contact Software Support advising them of the reason.

File not found

There are a number of reasons why this message is displayed. Please contact Software Support explaining what you were trying to do at the time this error was reported.

File Open Error

This message is displayed if a problem occurs when you are transferring a batch of claims to Ford GWE. Contact Software Support.

No claims on system have been batched

An attempt is being made to resubmit a batch but there are no batch files on the Autoline system.

No expenses on this claim (text version only)

This is a warning that there are no expenses on the claim.

No labour on this claim (text version only)

This is a warning that there are no labour lines on the claim.

No parts on this claim (text version only)

This is a warning that there are no parts on the claim.

No system parameters

If FORD parameters have not been created for the company on the Autoline system, this message is displayed when the POS company is selected from the Claim maintenance option. Contact Software Support.

No warranty parameters for company

If warranty parameters have not been created or have been deleted for the company, this message is displayed when the POS company is selected from the Claim maintenance option. Contact Software Support.

Warranty claims export must be performed on a PC (text version only)

An attempt is being made to export claims from a terminal that is not a PC.
