The Volvo Vehicle Load Form is displayed when you select the Convert Vehicle Data option from the VOLVO VEHICLE LOAD menu. From this form you can update the marketing database.

Import vehicle data: This is a priority 9 option used by Media Transfer to convert the vehicle load data supplied by Volvo to the correct file format.
Viewing and restoring changes: This routine allows you to view a list of the vehicles updated and to restore individual vehicle records if the new details are incorrect.
Analysing the Database: The Autoline system scans the marketing database for Volvo vehicles and carries out an anlysis to see which ones need to be updated and the reason why.
PUSH BUTTONS
Exit: Returns you to the VEHICLE LOAD menu.
Cancel: Returns you to the Vehicle load tab.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
TABS
Statistics Tab: Allows you to view the results of the database analysis.
Summary Tab: Displays a grid which shows a summary of the vehicles matched against VIN codes by registration number.
View/Restore Tab: Allows you to view a table of the vehicles updated during the previous update and to restore records if required.
