The DQ Sensor - Calculation program not only writes the results in a separate table, but also writes any relevant information in a duplicate clarification table. This table is the basis for the reports created to aid the analysis.
Warning: DQ Sensor - Calculation runs for Data Uniqueness, Data Completeness and Data Actuality reports. Starting a report for the specific Measurement category that results in processing lots of records will take al long time.
The Inter-departmental analysis report lists customer records with valid cost centres unequal to the selection in the Main cost centre field of the Inter-dep. Customer Analysis form.
This form is displayed when you click CRM > [Company] > Reports & Enquiries > Mercedes-Benz CRM Menu > Inter-departmental Analysis. It prints or displays the result of the selection; grouped by Location and sorted by surname.
Output type: Select the one of the display or print options required.
Main cost centre: Verifies the selected Main Cost centre against a valid cost centre of customer records, if the cost centres are unequal to each other the customer record is printed in the list. Selecting a cost centre is required to get any result on the list.
Target cost centre: Filters the number of customer records based on the selected cost centre in the list. If no value is entered, all customer records are considered.
Location: Filters the number of customer records based on the selected Location of the list. If no value is entered, all customer records are considered.
Print separator lines: Select to separate customers by horizontal lines.
Buttons:
OK: Processes the information entered on the form.
Cancel: Returns you to the Mercedes-Benz CRM menu.
Help: Displays this help topic in a web browser.
Schedule: Opens the Timed Operations Schedule form.
Add to batch: Adds the report to a selected report group. With this you can print the report at a later point, perhaps with other batched reports.
Note: The Schedule and Add to batch buttons appears dimmed when the Output type field is set to Display.
The reports are built with the Report generator of Autoline. The facilities of the Report Generator allow you to create your own reports from any combination of the fields on your records.
Tip: When you browse a report in the Internet Explorer (HTML), you might need to use the Refresh button to open the latest version of a report. It is also possible to change the Internet options, to Check for newer version of stored pages: Every visit to the page.
