Incomplete Companies Report

The DQ Sensor - Calculation program not only writes the results in a separate table, but also writes any relevant information in a duplicate clarification table. This table is the basis for the reports created to aid the analysis.

Warning: DQ Sensor - Calculation runs for Data Uniqueness, Data Completeness and Data Actuality reports. Starting a report for the specific Measurement category that results in processing lots of records will take al long time.

Based on several criteria the DQ Sensor - Calculation checks if a company record is complete. The Incomplete companies report lists company records with incomplete information.

Incomplete Comp Information Form

This form is displayed when you click CRM > [Company] > Reports & Enquiries > Mercedes-Benz CRM Menu > Incomplete Companies. It prints or displays the result of the selection.

Output type: Select the one of the display or print options required.

Account manager: Filters the number of company records based on the selected Account manager of the list. If no value is entered, all company records are considered.

From last edit date: Narrows down the selection based on last edit date. If the from-date is specified, the last edit date of the company record must be higher than the from-date.

To last edit date: Narrows down the selection based on last edit date. If the to-date is specified, the last edit date of the company record must be lower than the to-date. If no value is specified, the program runs with today's date.

From creation date: Narrows down the selection based on creation date. If the from-date is specified, the creation date of the company record must be higher than the from-date.

To creation date: Narrows down the selection based on creation date. If the to-date is specified, the creation date of the company record must be lower than the to-date. If no value is specified, the program runs with today's date.

Buttons:

OK: Processes the information entered on the form.

Cancel: Returns you to the Mercedes-Benz CRM menu.

Help: Displays this help topic in a web browser.

Schedule: Opens the Timed Operations Schedule form.

Add to batch: Adds the report to a selected report group. With this you can print the report at a later point, perhaps with other batched reports.

Note: The Schedule and Add to batch buttons appears dimmed when the Output type field is set to Display.

The reports are built with the Report generator of Autoline. The facilities of the Report Generator allow you to create your own reports from any combination of the fields on your records.

Tip: When you browse a report in the Internet Explorer (HTML), you might need to use the Refresh button to open the latest version of a report. It is also possible to change the Internet options, to Check for newer version of stored pages: Every visit to the page.
