When you invoice a warranty WIP, you create a claim in the VEGA Retail system. The screen of the VEGA Retail program is divided into a number of tab pages. These tabpages are visible when applicable.
The Toolbar at the top of the screen contains icons which have the same functions as the menu options above them have. The functions are explained below:
Search for an existing claim.
Plausibility check on current claim.
Hold a claim for transmitting.
Exit claim
Close program
Print reports.
Release current claim.
Key-in received credits.
Claim lines on / off hold.
