The EVA client software is used in the Point of Sale program and the VEGA Retail program. Via the Point of Sale program, you can use all kinds of information regarding the selected vehicle, decided ESKULAB requests of EVA and validate or release a claim to EVA. Those actions are displayed in the EVA Warranty menu.
In the VEGA Retail program, you can use vehicle details information of EVA and validate or release a claim to EVA. In the VEGA Retail program a summery of the EVA Warranty menu is displayed.
Note: Before you can use the EVA interface for the integration of online claim validation and submission, you need to set up a number of parameters. You also must have set up the parameters and settings for the VEGA retail interface.
