Access to the Autoline system depends on the basic hardware configuration installed, typically a Microsoft Windows© PC that displays an Autoline icon on the desktop.

Throughout Autoline there is a system of context sensitive on-line help files designed to guide you to the solution of a problem or to provide information. The on-line help system should be used as a reference to complement a programme of comprehensive staff training in using Autoline. The help files are available from most menus and forms and are accessed by clicking the Help button. Information related to the menu or form is then displayed in a web browser.
Additional help and support may be provided by an internal help desk system providing formal support routes and reference sources. If you are unable to resolve a problem via the on-line help system or alternative support routes, you should contact your system administrator or manager.
Other technical support is provided under contractual terms and conditions.
To exit (log out) from the Autoline system in the correct manner, you must use the specific procedure detailed by the system administrator. This ensures that the Autoline system and the network are not adversely affected.
