Amend Owned Location Cost Centres

This form works in conjunction with the Location Cost Centres form and the Update Owned Location Cost Centres option.

This option enables the update of the agreement owning location cost centre field (FM.agree.OWNLOCC). This routine is only be available if the Fleet Environment Cost centre source is set to O to denote P&L by owned location, BS by lease type.

To access Amend Owned Location Cost Centres:

1. From the Master Menu, select the Fleet System Management option and Company required.

   The Fleet System Management Menu is displayed.

2. Select the Fleet Agreement Review option.

   The FM Global Review form is displayed.

3. Locate the required agreement.

   Select Amend Owned Location Cost Centre from the Tools Menu.

This form is divided into four parts that are as follows:

Title Bar

In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar displays other useful identification criteria and buttons.

Menubar and Toolbar

Menu	Icon	Description
File > Exit		Exits the Amend Cost Centres form without and prompts for if the amended data should be saved. The ALT X shortcut is an alternative way of exiting the form.
File > Save		Saves any amendment to the agreements location cost centre code.
Help >		Provides online access to context sensitive help for the current application using the default browser.
