The Renault additional vehicle data form enables you to maintain additional Renault vehicle details not in the price file. The key card reader program uses it to provide an opportunity to check the data on the key card against the data on the vehicle record in the Marketing/CRM module of Autoline when an order is invoiced. It is envisaged that this is mainly used to populate the next service date on the key card.
To access the Renault Additional Vehicle Data Form:
From the RENAULT OPERATIONS Menu, select the Dialogys option.
The Dialogys Menu is displayed.
Select the Additional vehicle data option.
The Renault additional vehicle data form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select the Additional vehicle data option from the Dialogys Menu or from the Key reader menu. It enables you to maintain additional Renault vehicle details that are not contained in the Price File.
Chassis number: Identifies the vehicle chassis (same as the vehicle identification number — VIN)
Vehicle number: Identifies the vehicle in Autoline (always the same as the vehicle record number in the Marketing/CRM module)
Registration number: Vehicle registration number
Version: Renault version code of vehicle
Equipment (GHI): Renault equipment code
Engine type: Renault engine type code
Engine type extra: Renault engine type extra code
Gear box type: Renault gear-box type code
Gear box type extra: Renault gear-box type code
Gear box fab no.: Renault gear-box fabrication number
Colour code: Renault colour code
Paint type: Renault paint type code
Administrative class: Renault administrative class code
Energy: Renault energy code
Body type: Renault body type code
Body: Renault body code

Key card VIN: Vehicle identification number stored on the key card
Key card reg.: Vehicle registration number stored on the key card
Key card fab no.: Vehicle fabrication number stored on the key card (equivalent to the factory order number in the vehicle record in the Marketing/CRM module of Autoline)
Key card AS type: Aftersales type stored on the key card (equivalent to MODELGRP in the vehicle record in the Marketing/CRM module of Autoline)
Key card colour/paint: Code stored on the key card identifying the vehicle colour scheme (equivalent to COLCODE in the vehicle record in the Marketing module of Autoline)
Key reg. date: Date when the key card vehicle was registered (equivalent to the registration date in the vehicle record in the Marketing module of Autoline)
Key next serv. date: Date of technical inspection (service) stored on the key card
