Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Accruals module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics in Accruals:

1. From the Autoline Master menu, select the Accruals option and the Company you require.

   The Accruals Main Menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option.

   The AJ SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.

3. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
