Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Purchase Control module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics form in Purchase Control:

1. From the Autoline Master Menu, select the Purchase Control Module and the Company you require.

   The PURCHASE CONTROL Main Menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option.

   The PC SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Menu is displayed.

3. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
