Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Point of Sale module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics in Point of Sale:

1. From the Autoline Master Menu, select the Point of sale option and Company you require.

   The POINT OF SALE main menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option.

   The SO SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.

3. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.

Note: A program is also available (Nibble larch and tarch files) that allows you to delete data permanently from the labour archive (larch) and text archive (tarch) files, in the event that they are filling up.
