This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Workshop Loading module and indicates if any are becoming too full.
To access the File Usage Statistics in Workshop Loading:
From the Autoline Master Menu, select Workshop loading.
The WORKSHOP LOADING Main Menu is displayed.
Select System maintenance.
The WL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE MENU is displayed.
Select File usage statistics.
The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
Note: The file codes and their meanings in WL are as follows:
ca - Calendar file
cp - Timeclock devices file
ct - Clock entries file
gr - Resource groups file
id - Idle time codes file
ls - Workshop schedule file
rs - Workshop resource file
sd - Department statistics file
st - Employee statistics log
wc - WIP clocking times file
wl - Workshop load allocations file
