Target Factors

Target Factors can be accessed from CRM Statistic Options menu. Target Factors are used to calculate the annual total entered when setting up a Target for a sales executive.

Creating a New Target Factor

  1. Click New and enter the following details into the fields:

    Code: Enter a sales code for the Target factor. This can be alpha and/or numeric and up to eight characters.

    Description: Enter description for the Target factor. This can be alpha and/or numeric and up to 30 characters.

    Month: The months display from January to December and cannot be edited.

    Percentage split: Enter the percentage split for each month required. This will calculate when selecting annual input totals in Targets. The percentage split must total 100% or the Target factor will not save back.

    Note: At the bottom of the percentage split column, the total entered will display. The total must equal 100% to save the Target factor.

  2. Click Save.

Editing a Target Factor

To amend a Target Factor:

  1. Click on the Open icon.

    A form displays all previously created Factors.

  2. Highlight the view you require and click OK.

  3. Click on the Edit icon.

    Note: The only field that cannot be amended is the code.
